Prior to performing any reset actions, you must first take the application offline!
1. Remote Desktop into either the Amazon Server or our internal server. Most likely its the amazon server for resetting. (You can use hamal.eazyworks.com).
Username is Administrator
2. Begin the SQL SERVER MANAGEMENT TOOL. Select localhost to connect to.
3. Right click on the correct database that you will be resetting. Choose 'NEW QUERY' and paste the proper SQL String to reset the DB in a suitable manner.

4. Click the execute command located above the query in the toolbar.
