In order to execute the DR function you should first open the Data Report Listbox as incated by the screenshot.

1. Click the Reporting Menu Desktop
2. Click the Data Report Listbox

With the DR Object Listbox open you can now click open the Data Report by clicking on the number.

There will now be five different ways of opening the Data Report.

1. Directly open report from listbox
2. Download excel file with Data Report values from listbox
3. Download excel file with Data Report values from Data Report form
4. Open the Data Report from the Data Report form
5. Directly open the print dialog for the Data Report form
