In the event that R Stat Connector will not load due to IIS Permissions, you can follow the instructions below to get it running.
- Open Component Services
- Expand the 'Component Services' Tree until you see 'DCOM Config'
- Find the 'StatConnectorSrv' and right-click it and choose 'properties'
- Choose the 'Security' tab and click the 'Add' Button
- You will now be prompted to enter the application pool name. It must first have 'IIS APPPool\ApplicationPoolName'
- Allow permissions for 'Local Launch', 'Remote Launch', 'Local Activation', and 'Remote Activation'.
This should now allow the launch of R.
