In case you forgot your password and you do know your user name, your password can be reset from the login screen.
Clicking the Reset Password Icon will open up the following Dialog:
After pressing submit the following dialog will open (with your security question):
Fill out the security answer and press the Submit button. The following dialog will appear:
You will then get an e-mail with the new 'Temporary Password'. Use the copy paste feature to copy the password from your e-mail into the password field of the Login Page. You will be asked to change your password afterwards.
When you don't get the 'Success!' message, or no mail is received, you have likely provided the wrong security answer! Try to reenter the security answer!
