You can get to our chat in the following way:

1. Go to one to the following URLs:
   1. www.eazyworks.com
   2. help.eazyworks.com
2. On the EazyWorks site you have to click the ‘Contact’ link
3. Click the ‘Chat’ that appears at the bottom of the screen

This will open the following dialog:

When no one is available to answer the chat session, you will get the following dialog:

In this case you can choose to send us an email by pressing the 'Send Email' button.
