This help file will show you how to fix the problem when our local IP address changes.  You will no longer be able to Remote Desktop into our Amazon servers.

  • Log into www.whatismyip.com, this website allows you to view the IP address provided by our ISP.

  • To add a new 'Allowed Connection, follow the diagram below.  You will be adding the new IP address to the 'Default Group'.
