Initiating Traveler

We will initiate our Traveler by opening the Flow definition and requesting the Change Order definition

  1. Open the 'Change Order Work Flow' that was previous configured
  2. Select the Previously configured Change Order Definition
  3. Initiate the Traveler

After the Traveler is initiated from the icon click, the Traveler will immediately open.  However, if you would like to access this or other Active Change Travelers at a later time them you can Open Active Change Traveler

 

Traveler Execution

With the new Traveler open you must now perform the following actions:

  1. Add Number of Changes to the Traveler (1)
  2. Click the Create New icon
  3. You will now see the Change Has been created and added to the Traveler

 

Attaching Change Object to the Change Order

You must now click on the Change Order you would like to attach the Change Object to.  

OpenChangeObject

 

 

With the Change Object open, you can now specify the item you would like to change.

With everything set, you can now sign off the Traveler and the Change Action you assigned will now initiate.
