The Instructions Tab provides a listbox that includes any attached documents for the current step.  The configurator can attach many different types of documents to a step, such as work instructions, labels, etc.

There is also a hyperlink that will allow the downloading and opening of the attached file.  It will be under the column entitled 'Click to Download Default File'
