The Counter NV does not contain any special configurable parameters other then the General Parameters as seen in all NV's.  

Its purpose is designed to only be used with Equipment Flows. The counter will increment each time a part(s) is passed through it.  

For instance, suppose you want to perform equipment maintenance after 50 oven runs. You can use the Counter NV to keep track of runs and then notify you when 50 runs have been completed.

You can then move your Equipment to the maintenance flow and reset the counter after maintenance is completed.
