Binning / Grading Operations

Binning operations can happen in one of the following situations:

• Single part that can go in different ways

  Based on the measurement results of a step, a part is moving into Flow A or into Flow B. In this case a Discrete part is moving from a Traveler with a Flow Definition X to a new Traveler with a Flow Definition A or a new Traveler with a Flow Definition B.

• A lot of hundred parts is graded

  Based on the test results measured parts of a single lot can end up in Bin A or into Bin B

• Use the configurable Part States for the different binned / graded parts
