Most of the time the flows and documents in the EZ-MES system will be maintained by simply using the standard Object State buttons on the top right of the Forms.

But it is also possible to setup Flow Definitions to control new flow and document versions, of which some example can be found at Configuration Management. Such a flow is setup by making use of a Change Definition.

Documents and Flows that are going through this controlled change, make use of a special Traveler.

Those can be found in Listbox on the Change Desktop.
