All pre-formatted reports use hyperlinks for quick and easy navigation of their content. Each EZ-MES Object can be opened directly from the reports. Each Report can be printed immediately from the browser without exporting it to PDF.

EZ-MES Reporting Desktop
- NVR Data Report
A data retrieval report with all recorded Name Value data entries - Inventory Values with Costing Report
Inventory report detailing parts with RMI+FGI or RMI+FGI+ORD and costing values - Inventory Report
From the Inventory Desktop inventory reports can be opened and printed. The report can be configured to show the following:- Finished Goods Inventory (FGI)
- Raw Material Inventory (RMI)
- Totals per Part Definitions
- Showing individual Unique Identifiers
- Showing Part Manufacturers
- Showing Date part was added to inventory
- Part / State Matrix
A fast way to see where all the parts are is to use the Part State Matrix. The Parts State Matrix (sometime called 'Part States Grid' or 'Parts States List') can be accessed from the Traveler and Reports Desktop - WIP Report
Shows the Work In Process (WIP). The report can be configured to show:- Summary counts for Parts and Travelers per Flow Definition
- Summary counts for Parts and Travelers per Step
- Show all Parts per Flow Definition and / or Step
- Show all Travelers per Flow Definition and / or Step
- Show counts per Part Definition per Flow Definition and / or Step
- Throughput Report
The throughput reports shows all the ins and outs per Step and Flow Definitions for custom time intervals. The report can be configured to show:- Summarized per Part Definition
- Showing each Serialized Part Record
- Showing each Traveler
- For each Flow Definition
EZ-MES Preformatted Reports
- Traveler Report
- From the Traveler Form a Traveler Report can be printed. This report show the completed and the scheduled steps for the current Flow Definition. The report can be configured to show the following:
- Part Record Report
- From the Part Record Form the Part Record report can be opened. The report can be configured to show the following:
- Work Order Report
From the Work Order Desktop, a list with Work Orders can be opened. From the Work Order Form both a Work Order report and Work Order Summary report can be opened and printed, showing the following information:- General Information on the Work Order
- A table of requested parts with quantities required, quantities shipped and the remaining balance for the Work Order
- Purchase Order Report
The Purchase Order Report is be used to control the purchasing of products and services from external suppliers
EZ-MES Name Value Reports
- SPC Report
Start date and End date shows the Name Value SPC Report if the data is suitable or else EZ-MES will plot a Pareto Plot if suitable (Learn more about SPC Strategy by clicking this link). The SPC report provides data on the following summary statistics: Count, Mean, Median, Sum, Mimimum, Maximum, Range and Standard Deviation.
Run Analysis Summary:
Median, Count, # Non median, # Runs, Minimum # Runs, Maximumum # Runs and # Flags
List all flags
Control Chart Analysis Summary:
Mean, UCL, LCL, Zone A Up, Zone B Up, Zone B Low, Zone A Low, Sigma, MR Mean, MR UCL, MR Max, Count, # Flags

- Pareto Report
A Pareto Report is an ordered (largest to smallest) histogram with carry-along tags. The Pareto plot is used to answer the question: “Which data values are most important, and which are the least important?” If the Name Value data is not suitable for an SPC plot then a Pareto plot is produced by default. The Pareto plot groups all similar entries from the NV and plots them in descending order (largest to smallest) using bars of a histogram and also plots a cumulative percentage line graph using the secondary axis.
The Pareto Report summary details the Labels, Total Count, Bins(Number of different entries), Minimum Count, Maximum Count, Count, Cumulative Count, Percentage and Cumulative Percentage
