The Organization Desktop is used to configure and access organizations like yours, as well as customers and supplier
By clicking one of the Icons the following Listboxes can be opened:
Organization Listbox
Organizations can be either Customers, Suppliers, Manufacturers or they can be all three categories. Each can be linked to supplier parts which are in turn linked to Purchase Orders (Complete with contacts, pricing, account details etc...). Organizations can be identified as customers which in turn can be linked to Work Orders for production management and shipping.
In addition your own company can be defined with customizable entries for work hours, holidays and shipping details for use with production scheduling features i.e. Gant charts, suggested start dates for orders and calculated shipment dates.
Contacts Listbox
Contact information as entered and linked to the correspoinding organization.
Manufacturer Part Item Listbox
Manufacturer part details.
Part Supplier Item List
List of Part Supplier Items.
