After selecting a Lot on the Lot Listbox, the Lot Form will open. Optionally, you can scan a Lot Barcode into the Barcode Scan Form by pressing F9 on the keyboard.

This gives details about the lot, and some items can be modified.

Changing Lot Owner

Changing the Lot owner can be done by opening an existing Lot and selecting the Lot Owner.
