For this example 3 Wafers are attached to the Traveler. The current step illustrated below has a special NV Lot Configuration to make new Lots. Enter the Lot Number and press the sequence button to create the Lot.
After you press the Sequence button EZ-MES will ask for confirmation to create the new lot as illustrated below:
After pressing OK the Lot number will be added to each Wafer. To open the Lot you can click the Lot Hyperlink (Note: Any text in blue is hyperlinked). In the Lot Form you can add your comments for this particular Lot.
From the main desktop it is always possible to ask for a Lot Listbox to show all lots.
