Generate a Key

To authenticate the via API, your application will need to use a PassKey generated in EZ-MES application. To generate this key, take the following steps:

1. Login into the MES application
2. Open your user settings by clicking the ‘Your account settings’ icon in the upper left corner of the MES desktop: . This will open the following dialog:
3. Click the ‘New Key’ Button: 

After clicking the ‘New Key’ Button, the new key will appear in the user settings dialog as shown in the following picture: 

You can now copy the content of the Pass Key field.
