User Objects
The User Object Form can display in various flavors depending on your Access Rights. You will see below the standard differences between an Admin and General User rights.
The easiest way to open your own User Object Form click the User Icon located on the upper left of the application. For an administrator it is also accessible via the System Settings Desktop, for example to maintain other users then himself.

User Form - Home / General Tab
Key fields found in the User Object Form are the following. Due to configuration setup differences, what a user has access too might slightly differ:
- Organization - Once an organization is defined then this can be linked to the User as a Contact.
- Contact Name - This will be the name of the user.
- Email - Email address of the user when they created their account.
- Locked Out - Indicates if the User is currently locked out.
- Pass Key - Users PassKey to access webservice API.
- Pass Key Access - Displays the last date/time the user used the Passkey.
- Last Log In - Last log in date/time.
- Next Password Change - Displays when the next password change will occur.
- User interface language - Language used for User interface.
- User Location - Selects the location the User is in.
- RFID Tag ID - RFID Tag for user log in.
- Disable Right Click Menu - Disables EZ-MES Context Right Click Menu.
- Stay Logged In: Disables auto log off.
- Disable Automated System Emails - Turns off automated system emails.
- User Color - An extra attribute for the user. This color is currently used by the T-Card Report only.
- Notes - Extra Note attribute.
- Role Data - List of Roles the User is associated with.
