For each user roles can be defined, these roles will determine how much the user can do. The system comes with the following roles:
- User
- Supervisor
- Configuration
- Admin
All user roles will be able to change their password and adjust their security question on the settings tab.
User
In general, the user role is used for operators. Users can only view active travelers and perform limited actions on these travelers.
Supervisor
The supervisor has a number of additional rights on top of the User Rights. E.g. Splitting Travelers, reposition of Part Records, Creating Travelers, etc.
Configuration
To configure the system you will need Configuration rights. With the Configuration role you are able to create Part Definitions, Step Definitions, Flow Definitions, etc.
Admin
The Admin Role contains the rights of all other roles. On top of that the Admin role can assign or change the rights to other users.
