Creating User Groups can help with various portions of the MES System. To name a few:
- Have a User Group that can sign-off Signature NV's
- Have dedictated Access Rights for Objects
- E-Mail Groups
- Document Control
1. Click the Application and User Settings Tab
2. Click the User Groups Tab
3. Now click the Make User Group icon
4. Enter Group Name and Description
5. Select the User(s) you wish to add to the group
6. Add User to the Group and they will appear in the listbox
7. After adding the Users, you will see them all in the listbox
8. Complete this action by moving the new User Group to Active
