Access Rights in the application can help filter specific user accounts (or groups) from access to an object(s) that is defined or created within the system. These rights become inherited through the Flow Chain.
The following example shows what happens when a 'Group', or 'User' is given Access Rights to Flow Definitions.
- You can see how Access Rights are then inherited on any created Traveler created using the Flow Definition.
- Notice that Access Rights are not granted for the Step Definition associated with the Flow Definition. Step Definitions do not inherit Access Rights because they can be used in multiple Flow Definitions.
- Parts that are attached to the Traveler will inherit the Access Rights of the Flow Definition and Step Definition.
