Most Foms have Tabs to access more detailed information, the general use of those tabs is as follow, where the Traveler form is used as an example. 

Tabs

For Green forms the most common tabs are:

• Part Records: Details of all attached parts.
• Specifications: Details of all attached specifications.
• Instructions: List of all attached documents.
• History: Detail step by step history.
• Attachments: Add attachments e.g. pdf, jpg or doc files.
• Event Records: Add event records.
• Events: All events.
• Blog/Comments: Add comments by using blog entries.
• Access Rights: Configure user and user group access rights.

For Blue forms you can have the following tabs:

• Documents: Add revision controlled documents.
• Parts: Detail all attached parts.
• Travelers:Travelers using the current definition.
• Where Used: Open a tab that will show the objects that are using this object.
• Revisons: Manage object revision.
• Event Records: Add event records.
• Blog/Comments: Add comments by using blog entries.
• Access Rights: Configure user and user group access rights.
