Routing

Routing

Routing in EZ-MES is done by moving travelers through different operations. The sequence of operations is defined by adding Step Definitions to Flow Definitions. EZ-MES assumes that a number of operations have to be executed in a specific sequence. Besides these linear flows it is possible to introduce exceptions for:

  1. Placing parts or lots on Hold
  2. Performing rework
  3. Spliting lots or parts for sampling operations
  4. Grading
