Step Definitions  can be created by taking the following steps:

1. Click the Configuration Tab, this will open the Configuration Desktop.
2. On this Desktop open the Step Definition Listbox
3. Press the New Step Definition Icon in this Listbox
4. Fill out the information on the Step Definition Form
5. Move the Step Definition to the Active Status by pressing the 'Next' Icon.

   It is possible that you will get a message: Item already exists, this is caused when the Operation Number in combination with the Revision already exists for an other Step Definition. Change either one of them to get the Step Definition to the active state.

6. You can now use the Step Definition in a Flow Definition.
