Currently, there is a number of batch edits that can be performed on Step Definitions:
- Track In - Accurately track the time an operator spends on a particular production step.
- Lock INPROCESS - Will lock the step while the state is INPROCESS.
- Cued Edit - Allow users to edit entry values when the process state is queued.
- Attachments Check - Checks the attacments for this step.
- Hide Next Step Move - Hides the next step move in the system.
- Confirm Next Step Move - Confirms the next step move in the system.
- Input Section Width (100) - Adjusts the input section of the Name-Value entry fields.
- Label Section Width (200) - Adjusts the label section of the Name-Value entries.
- Show JSON - Will display JSON Script for the Name Values
Batch Step Definition Form Access
To access the Batch Step Definition Form you must have the Step Definition Listbox open. From the Listbox you should filter it according to the Step Defintions that you want to include in the Batch processing. Use any number of column Filtering so only the Steps you wish to update are displayed in the Listbox. Only Steps displayed in the Listbox will be modified.
- Select Configuration Desktop
- Select Step Definition Listbox
- Perform filtering to display only the Step Definitions you wish to batch edit
- Click the Batch Edit Icon. You will be prompted that you will be editing X number of Steps
- Choose new values you want to change/add
- Click the checkbox if you want to change/add the SD Configuration value
- Apply Changes
